We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from Alouette Bijoux.

If you are not happy with your full priced purchase, we will gladly provide a refund, exchange or store credit within 15 days of you receiving the order subject to conditions below.

Sale or Going Going Gone items are not eligible for return or refund.

Afterpay purchases are only eligible for return for credit, not refund.

Earrings cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.

At Alouette Bijoux we want you to LOVE your jewellery and other than the conditions stated, we will gladly accept your return or exchange the goods (for equal value) if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase.

If you wish to make a return, you may do so in accordance with the following process: 

  1. Email within 15 days from the date of delivery and provide your invoice number and the reason for return.
  2. Return the item in the original packaging and send it by Parcel Post to 2/50 Herald Street Cheltenham 3192.


Please note that:

  • Returned merchandise must include vendor packaging and tags and be in its original condition as when it was received. If the item has been worn or damaged, we cannot offer a return or exchange.
  • Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Once your return is received and processed, a refund will be issued for the merchandise amount. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
  • Shipping costs will not be refunded on return orders, only the cost of actual items returned will be refunded.
  • We will not be responsible for lost return packages so you may wish to use a tracking number or some method of secure postage. 
  • Any purchase made with Afterpay is non-refundable; instead you will receive a credit note to the value of your order. Afterpay is a seperate entity.

If you are not able to comply with the requirements of our returns policy, we reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange on change of mind items. For all international returns, please specify on the courier company's consignment that the contents are “RETURNED GOODS” so that the items do not attract possible customs duties and taxes again and please post all returns to the address below.  

International returns must also be made within 7 days of the order being received.
