Orders and Shipping Information

Within Australia

  • The minimum purchase amount is $59.
  • The minimum purchase amount using Afterpay is $79.
  • FREE Shipping for all orders.
  • Express Flat Rate - $10.
  • Deliveries within Australia are shipped via Australia Post.
  • Delivery usually takes between 2 - 10 working days depending on your location and seasonal delays such as peak Christmas season. 
  • A tracking number will be sent to you once your order has been shipped together with a link to track your shipment.

New Zealand

  • FREE International Standard Shipping for orders over $149 AUD.
  • Orders below $149 AUD - $15 for International Standard Shipping.
  • Express Flat Rate - $20 AUD.
  • International Standard Delivery usually takes between 7-10 working days depending on your location and seasonal delays such as peak Christmas season.
  • A tracking number will be sent to you once your order has been shipped together with a link to track your shipment.

    Ireland and Singapore

    • International Standard Shipping to Ireland is €15 and International Express Shipping is €25.
    • International Standard Shipping to Singapore is SGD15 and International Express Shipping is SGD25.
    • International orders are shipped via tracking with Australia Post, which connects with your local postal service and it is trackable with them.
    • A tracking number will be sent to you once your order has been shipped together with a link to track your shipment.
    • International Standard Delivery on average takes 10-15 working days, however, some countries will be longer than this depending on your local postal service.

    • Any local government import and duties incurred are the responsibility of the recipient. Please understand that this is not within our control and we cannot pre pay these taxes. We advise contacting your local customs office to find out if/and how much these taxes may be.

      If you choose to refuse a shipment or a parcel is returned to sender, Alouette Bijoux reserves the right to charge a fee to cover the costs incurred of shipping and merchant fees.
